Comicbook shared a screenshot of the advertisement, which shows lead star Matt Ryan front and center. Warner Bros. has yet to release an official statement to confirm the home video release. Likewise, the show is not on the Warner Archive Store.
However, Constantine is not the only series up on the commercial. Other shows including The 100, Lucifer and iZombie will reportedly also be on Blu-Ray.
Series creator Daniel Cerone responded to this report on Twitter. He said he owes it to the fans if indeed Constantine Season 1 is coming to DVD and Blu-Ray. He acknowledged that the support and passion they have for the character made the release possible.
“I give them all the credit because they’ve made their voices known and never gave up. I’m continually overwhelmed by the passion out there for this character,” Cerone said as quoted by Comicbook.
